PERSONAL INFO:
Jon Pattillo lives in Ausitn, Texas and takes pictures for a living. He has been a professional photgrapher since 1996, learning his craft at the University of Texas. In a stroke of good fortune, or perhaps cruel fate, Sports Illustrated employed Jon immediately after he finished college. During this period (often referred to as the "Frequent-Flyer Era") Jon learned many important skills such as lighting hockey arenas and how-to-tip-bellmen/skycaps.

Currently, Jon makes his living as a professional commercial advertising freelance photographer. He is searching for more adjectives to place in front of his job title, if only to sound more impressive at dinner parties.

When Jon's wife, Amy, tells her friends: "Jon has a talent for shooting people" - the room usually falls silent.

When he is not busy shooting innocent people, Jon operates an independent record label, Fat Caddy Records, and enjoys restoring classic Cadillacs. His dream is to someday jump behind the wheel of a classic caddy and drive off into the sunset with a Grammy in one arm and his wife in the other.
